You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if your item is:
    •    Damaged
    •    Defective
    •    Not as described

You won’t need to return the product. Simply email us at my.olyna.353@gmail.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    A brief description of the issue
    •    A photo or video showing the problem

Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
You keep the item, we keep our promise.

 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
    •    Opened or used personal care products (e.g., electric shavers)
    •    Gift cards
    •    Sale or promotional items
    •    Custom/personalized items

 EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.

To qualify, the item must:

    •    Be in original packaging
    •    Be returned at your own cost
